Know the risk

• Liquidation triggers when health factor falls below 1.0 (collateral × 60% < debt).
• Fee-rights collateral is priced only from on-chain realized fees and discounted by the anti-wash score.
• Borrowed USDCLAW is transfer-restricted: it can only flow to approved routes (A/B), enforced on-chain.
• Liquidations are designed to be boring — modeled against −30/−70% drawdowns and thin liquidity before launch.
